When we ‘grow up’ we also ‘grow into’ fear. As I watched little ones playing on Christmas Day, I saw they had no fear. Just a ferocious look in their eyes that spoke a thousand words. It gave me goosebumps!

‘Anything is possible‘ resounded in my head as I watched them play. I felt so strongly about this message that I had to pass it on to you.

There are so many things that we put off doing because we are scared of what could be. Or we talk ourselves out of doing those things that would mean the most to us because we think we aren’t good enough.

But do you know what?

We ARE good enough. We ARE unique and have so much to bring to the world, if only we could leave behind our fears.

I realised I have fears. Still. Even though I have done a lot of work on crushing my fears this year, I still have some.

My mantra for the year is ‘Be Fearless.’

I am looking forward to what that mantra enables me to be, do and have as a result.
