12 Month Authentic Self Training Programme


The 12 Month Authentic Self Training Programme

There are 3 stages to the 12 month roll out of the Authentic Self Programme across your organisation.

Participants learn strategies for bringing all of who they are into the workplace and put them into practice over a 12 month period, with support from Gina for 2 months and trained facilitators within your organisation thereafter.

The 3 stages to the programme ensure a lasting positive impact on the participants AND for your organisation.

Gina will identify and train a team of in-house facilitators so your organisation can continue to support your employees after the official training programme is complete. These in-house facilitators and ongoing sessions are essential for the CONTINUED success of this programme.


Gina’s signature training programme has 3 stages



4 x 3.5 hour training sessions, delivered on-site. A bespoke training package will be written and delivered based on your organisational needs.


8 x 3.5 hour follow up support sessions with Gina on-site. Each training group is allocated 2 support sessions.

In-House Facilitators

2 x 3.5 hour training sessions for the in-house team to be able to self-facilitate the authenticity discussions.
