SUMMARY:

Have you ever had a stranger say thank you or someone close tell you how much difference you have made in their life?

It is a great feeling and illuminates all of your being. You feel energised, radiant and alive.

The feeling of gratitude and appreciation opens the heart and quietens the mind.

How To Express Gratitude:

  • Keep a gratitude diary every day. Get yourself a notepad and pen and place it by the side of your bed.
  • As soon as you get into bed on an evening write down all the things you are grateful for in your life. Write all the things that have gone well and that you have enjoyed and appreciated.
  • Commit to doing this every night before you sleep and you will soon see a shift in your mindset, your outlook and what you attract into your life.

By focusing on gratitude and appreciation, you will re-connect to your authentic self and live a calm and peaceful life.

QUESTION

  • How do you express gratitude with your nearest and dearest? I would love to hear from you!
