Are You Playing Small?

I rarely remember my dreams.

Do you?

I decided I would sleep with a piece of Strawberry Quartz under my pillow for a while, since it is renowned to help not only dream but to remember your dreams.

So the first few nights, I dreamt the most vivid dreams I have experienced in a long time. I even remembered poignant parts of the dreams. It was a little unnerving at first!

About a week in to my little experiment, I experienced a very strange thing indeed.

I had a phrase going through my head, in my sleep, over and over again. I knew it was vitally important that I remember this phrase and kept saying I need to remember this phrase.

The feeling was so strong and powerful that I thought someone was trying to tell me something that had huge significance.

The phrase was:

  • Play small to be small. Do a little bit more to be more.

I was thinking so hard about this phrase that I woke up and instantly grabbed something to write it down on.

This has NEVER happened to me. Me waking before my alarm – UNHEARD OF!

So what is the significance of this?

I know what it means for me.

I was compelled to share this with you. I would go as far as to say I was guided to share this with you.

  • What does this phrase mean for you?
  • Are there areas in your life that you are playing small in?
  • What could you do, that little bit more, to be more?

By doing that tiny bit more, imagine how your life could change.

Do you want to continue to have the same experiences or are you ready to grow into the person you came here to be?
