SUMMARY:
When was the last time you did something to help someone else out? Maybe you gave your time, your energy, your ideas or helped out in some other way?
How did you feel as a result of the act of kindness?
And how did the other person feel to receive it?
Acts of kindness help you to engage with people, you feel healthier and happier and you can give back to your community.
With acts of kindness you don’t expect to get anything in return. You simply give something away. It doesn’t have to be monetary based.
Maybe you give your parking ticket away with time left on it, you smile at a stranger or you help your parents to decorate.
What could you do today, in the week or at the weekend as an act of kindness?
